Norb quickly earned top honors selling real estate part-time when a mechanics strike nudged him into the business full-time. Since then, he's consistently included in the top 1 percent of realtors in Chicago and among the leading brokers in the country. Real estate is also a family affair: His wife Laura is a broker, and Norb and his son Matt are The Mika Group at Compass.

Family time is important to Norb. He and Laura enjoy visiting their second home in Florida and spending time with their children and grandsons. Norb and his sons also build and race cars, which has earned them appearances on the Discovery Channel's "Street Outlaws."
